Reminder – Ad Book Orders & Senior Biographies are due September 5, 2025 by 11:59 PM!

This year's concert will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, and we've begun preparations for our ad book featuring business advertisements and congratulatory messages to our group and its members. For reference, you can view last year's edition here.

Important: Online Orders Only All orders must be submitted via our electronic form – no physical photos or orders submitted via email, in person, or by mail will be accepted. This system keeps all orders in one place and greatly assists in our design process. You can submit an order on your mobile phone, but we recommend using a computer for the best experience.

Deadline: September 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM to allow adequate time for preparation and printing. The sooner you submit your order, the better – early submissions help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Please double-check all information during the order process to ensure accuracy. One Ad Book will be provided to each family as a keepsake.

Need to reach out to businesses? Share our Request Letter with companies or organizations.

For Graduating Seniors: Senior members will be recognized at the beginning of the book with a photograph and biography. These must be submitted by September 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM at no cost to families. Submit senior information here.
